Hi, we’re Kevin and Laura!

 

3barn is a video production and storytelling company in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. We started in 2017, and these days we help businesses, nonprofits, and neighbors share their stories on video.

 

Kevin runs the creative side: cameras, edits, and the story itself. Laura handles outreach and business development, so she’s the one who gets you on the calendar.

 

How we got here

Kevin grew up in Oconomowoc, left a corporate job at 40, and moved back home in 2016. Broadcasting and theater are in his background, and it shows. We spent about nine years making videos for 150+ businesses across Wisconsin. In 2025 we shifted to the stories we love most: the people, nonprofits, and small businesses that make our towns worth living in.

Where we work

​

Every town between Madison and Milwaukee. We’re in Lake Country (Oconomowoc, Delafield, Hartland, Pewaukee) all the time, and we also work in Watertown, Waukesha, West Bend, Mukwonago, Middleton, Sun Prairie, Wauwatosa, and everywhere in between. No storefront, so we come to you.

Kevin serves on several local nonprofit and community boards and is a two-time Rotary Club president. He was named Citizen of the Year in 2023, and 3barn was a nominee for Oconomowoc Company of the Year. We don’t just film community stuff. We’re in it.
